ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
DJB Watches processes orders within 1-5 business days of being placed. We ship using FedEx standard overnight delivery within the United States. International destinations may take longer.


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
DJB Watches offers a 72 hour money back guarantee on your Rolex purchase if the movement, case, clasp and crown are not authentic Rolex brand. We also offer a 10 day exchange policy for all watches on our site to insure that you are 100% satisfied with your Rolex watch purchase. Our Refund/Exchange policy is limited to non-customized watches. Customized watches are excluded from these policies, thus the sale is final. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


WARRANTY TERMS:
DJB Watches offers a one year warranty on every Rolex movement. Watches which have been tampered with, or mistreated, are excluded from the one year warranty. Mistreatment includes, but is not limited to, modification through the addition, subtraction, or substitution of parts not provided by DJB Watches. In the event that the watch movement malfunctions within the one-year warranty, DJB Watches will have the defect remedied at no cost to the customer. All watches under warranty must get pre-approved by DJB Watches prior to shipping. Shipment must be accompanied by all original items and box, and be fully insured.

The sole and exclusive venue for purchases shall be Los Angeles, California. All damages shall be limited to the purchase price paid. Any civil matter is required to be resolved by the Better Business Administration's binding arbitration. You are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed within when making any purchase from DJB Watches.
