1.  Do your watches come with the serial numbers?
  Yes, all of our GENUINE Rolex watches come complete with the model and serial numbers between the lugs. We don't deal in watches that have had the serial numbers altered or removed. The serial number on each Rolex is located between the lugs at the 6:00 position on the watch. The band must be removed to see these numbers on the watch. Top
   
2.  Do you sell new or pre-owned Rolex watches?
  The majority of the watches we sell are certified pre-owned Rolex watches. In order for a watch to be listed on our site it must go through a stringent certification process. Every watch is thoroughly cleaned, polished, and inspected by our master watchmaker. You won't be able to tell your Rolex from new when it arrives sparkling in its box at your door step. Top
   
 3.  Are you an authorized dealer for Rolex?
  DJB Watches Inc. is not an authorized dealer for Rolex and has no connection with Rolex USA Inc. While each one of our certified pre-owned Rolex watches comes with a one year warranty provided by us, the Rolex factory warranty is no longer attached. Top
   
4.  What condition can I expect my watch to be in?
  We ONLY deal in like new Rolex watches. Our goal is for the watch to arrive in your hands and no one even be able to tell it is pre-owned. Top
   
5.  Why should I buy a pre-owned Rolex instead of a new one?
  The minute you put a brand new Rolex on your wrist it has already lost 10-20% of its value. Simply put, you can buy one of our watches, wear it for around five years and resell the watch for near if not more then what you paid for it from us. The average watch we sell is 50-70% off of the original retail price. A pre-owned Rolex is an investment. Top
   
6.  Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?
  Every Rolex we sell is GUARANTEED to be genuine Rolex. While we often add custom aftermarket diamond dials and bezels the bracelet, case and movement of every watch we sell is guaranteed to be genuine Rolex. Top
   
7.  Can I customize my Rolex?
  Yes, we have a wide selection of different color diamond and Roman numeral dials, diamond bezels and a selection of either jubilee or oyster style watch bands. Just contact us and we will customize your Rolex to your wishes. Top
   
8.  Can I return my Rolex?
  While we rarely get returns, we do offer a 72 hour money back guarantee upon receipt of the watch that is not 100% as described. However, the watch must be unaltered in its original condition and sent back to us overnight insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent back. We also offer a 10 day, no questions asked, exchange policy for customers who change their mind about the watch and would prefer a different one located on our site. Top
   
9.  Does the Rolex come with the original paperwork?
  When we have the original paperwork, it is stated on the individual item's specification page. However, most paperwork is either misplaced or lost by the original owner of the watch and long gone by the time we get a hold of the watch. Top
   
10.  Do the watches come with a warranty?
  Every one of our Rolex watches are warrantied for a year, the same as the original manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is exclusive to the movement and time function of the watch. Top
   
11.  Do you do trades, upgrades and direct purchases of Rolex watches?
  Yes, we are always open to trades and upgrades. We are also always looking for genuine Rolex watches to buy. Please contact us for more details. Top
   
12.  Do you accept Credit Cards?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on a discretionary basis. However, we have a stringent credit card acceptance policy due to a high increase in internet fraud. Please see the "How to Purchase" section on the home page for more information regarding credit card purchases. Direct bank wire transfer is the preferred payment method. We offer a 3% discount on all purchases paid via bank wire transfer. Top

  DJB Watches ships all orders via Fedex Stanard Orvernight service. We typically process orders within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Top
